Michael Baldino, DO, MS

Dr. Michael Baldino obtained his medical degree from New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at Nassau University Medical Center in Long Island, NY and his Nephrology fellowship at Boston University/Boston Medical Center. He joined the practice in 2025.

Dr. Baldino’s clinical interests include: chronic kidney disease, in-center hemodialysis, home/peritoneal dialysis, hypertension, and point of care ultrasound. During fellowship, he conducted a quality improvement project to improve the accuracy of blood pressure measurements in the outpatient Nephrology clinic at Boston Medical Center. Throughout residency and fellowship, he published a journal article in addition to multiple case reports and abstracts. He is an active member of the American Society of Nephrology and the Massachusetts Medical Society.

Dr. Baldino is affiliated with BID-Plymouth, Falmouth Hospital, Cape Cod Hospital and Tobey Hospital. He manages hemodialysis patients at Fresenius Kidney Care in Plymouth, Mashpee, Wareham, and Yarmouth.

In his free time, Dr. Baldino enjoys hockey, golf, cycling, music, boating and going to the beach. He lives in Duxbury with his wife and children.
