Welcome to South Shore Nephrology

Our practice was established in 2002 and our goal is to work closely and collaboratively to achieve the highest quality medical care for our patients. We provide consultative services in Nephrology as well as direct management of adult patients of all ages in Internal Medicine. Our practice serves the South Shore and Cape Cod and we are affiliated with Beth Israel Deaconess Plymouth, Falmouth and Tobey Hospitals.

Dr. Lazowski and Dr. Vlagopoulos are committed to serving their patients in a compassionate manner focused on preventative healthcare and attention to overall health maintenance.

OFFICE HOURS:

MONDAY – FRIDAY 9:00 am - 4:30 pm
Break for lunch between 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm
